I am a Nutritional Therapist & Herbalist, in practice for nearly 8 years. My passion is to help people connect with their body and resolve their health issues naturally using nutrition, herbal medicine and lifestyle changes. I work Holistically taking into consideration the person as a whole, not just their symptoms. I specialise in Gut Health, helping clients resolve IBS, SIBO, Candida, Skin issues such as Urticaria, Eczema, Acne. I also support clients with weight loss, hormonal imbalance, low energy and mood, and supporting fertility. I also run detox programmes to de-clutter the body and mind, reset balance in the body and dissolve bad habits. I will be running a group detox programme online next January 2022.
