Every system in our body is connected and most often, problems begin in our gut and migrate to other areas. Diet and nutrition focus on one area of the body will not help you long term, which is why a nutritional therapist I look at your body as a whole. I strive to find the root cause of conditions of dis-ease, rather than just treating symptoms, which makes for sustainable lasting improvements to your health.

Starting with giving gut health our attention is usually the best route. I work on an evidence-based approach and continuous learning to keep up with the latest nutritional science, to give you the best possible start to addressing your concerns. I love supporting client’s goals and seeing real results and extremely happy clients.
