Inward Bound Mindfulness was established to teach people what mindfulness is, how to live mindfully and the enormous benefits to be gained from being mindful. I run courses and training in the community and the workplace.
The course covers mindfulness based stress reduction, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and positive psychology.
You will learn to;
Reduce stress and anxiety, live in the present moment, have a more positive outlook, learn to live with more awareness and clarity, practice gratitude , reduce worry and rumination, self care and the importance of loving kindness for yourself and others, plus much more. You will learn a range of tools, skills, techniques and meditations which you can use immediately in your daily life to help live a more authentic and balanced life.
