I am a qualified massage therapist for 20 plus years and added Colon Hydrotherapy to my skills in 2012. I am passionate about helping people to improve their health and find ways to feel amazing.

Colon hydrotherapy uses warm filtered water to cleanse the bowel and helps to restore the body. Having suffered from constipation and its side effects for so many years I can truly say that it was colonics that helped me turn the corner.

In my massage practice, I now focus on using my cupping equipment to help release tension and pain, quickly and easily.
