I am a Kinesiologist and sees clients who suffer from a variety of issues such as poor sleep, lack of motivation, anger, comfort eating, perfectionism, overwhelm to name a few. The session is non-invasive and totally client led. After talking about the reason for their visit and a general history, the client lies on a plinth (massage bed) for their balance (session). Clients state to enjoy the ‘time-out’ that the experience gives them and most report improvements in several areas of their lives, after just one session.
Having found help to deal with feelings of overwhelm, anger, racing thoughts and perfectionism, I now want to help you to live the life that I know is possible. My mission is to pass on the benefits of healing in every area of your life so that you can live to your full potential.
