Definitions

Good4all.ie Gift Card – are the Gift Cards purchased from and/or issued by Good4all.ie a trading name of Antoon Consulting Limited.
Participating Partners – are the therapists/practitioners who are participating in the Good4all.ie Gift Card programme (referred to as “PPs”).
Customer – is a purchaser or holder of a Good4all.ie Gift Card.

Acceptance

In purchasing and/or using Good4all.ie Gift Card, the Customer is deemed to have confirmed that they have read and fully accept these Terms and Conditions.

Good4all.ie’s Role

Good4all.ie’s role is limited to the sale and issue of the Good4all.ie Gift Card to Customers. The Contract for the services and/or goods is between the Customer and the PP. Therefore, any queries, concerns or complaints relating to the services or goods provided should be addressed to the PPs directly.
Good4all.ie’s role does not come between the normal retailer-customer statutory relationship. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be deemed to create any relationship between Customers and Good4all.ie for the purposes of the Sale of Goods Act 1980, or any other relevant legislation.

Participating Partners

Good4all.ie Gift Card can be redeemed at any of our Participating Partners (“PPs”). A full list of PPs is available from the Good4all.ie website or by contacting Good4all.ie.

The list of PPs is subject to change, and while Good4all.ie will make every reasonable effort to keep the list up to date, it is up to the Customer to ensure that the PP accepts Good4all.ie Gift Card before booking an appointment.

The Good4all.ie Gift Voucher Programme

Good4all.ie Gift Card may be redeemed for full/part payment against goods and/or services at any PP. Gift Card cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Card is transferable by delivery. We will assume, unless otherwise advised, that the person using the Card is the rightful user of the Card.

Please record your Card number or retain the purchase receipt as proof of purchase; the Card number will be needed to check or redeem your Card balance or if your Card is lost or stolen.

Each PP will have their own terms and conditions which cover the use of their services and goods, such as cancellation fees and/or minimum cancellation periods. It is also at the discretion of the PP as to what services and products Good4all.ie Gift Card can be used against. Customers should make themselves aware of the PP’s terms surrounding the use of Good4all.ie Gift Card before making an appointment, as they will be binding on the Customer.

All bookings/appointments are made between the Customer and the PP directly. Good4all.ie accepts no responsibility and will give no refunds in the event that the desired PP is unavailable on the desired dates.

Refunds

You are entitled to return a Good4all.ie Gift Voucher within 14 days of receipt for a full refund of the face value of the voucher. Order postage fees cannot be refunded. All refunds will be made to the person who purchased the Good4all.ie Gift Voucher and will be made within 30 days of notification of cancellation and receipt of the original Good4all.ie Gift Voucher. However, after this 14 day period, Good4all.ie will be unable to refund any payments made. To request a refund please contact us at info@good4all.ie and include the order number, voucher code, reason for refund and return your Good4all.ie Gift Voucher via registered post to Good4all.ie, 40 Maynooth Park, Maynooth, Kildare, W23E5D1.

Expired Gift Card

PPs have the right to refuse Expired Good4all.ie Gift Card presented to them as form of payment.

Gift Card are valid for 5 years after the date of purchase.

All Gift Card that have a date of purchase that is greater than 5 years before the current date are considered Void and under no circumstance can be redeemed or re-issued.

No Warranty

Good4all.ie provides no warranty for the quality, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose of goods or services purchased from PPs.

Liability

Good4all.ie will not accept any responsibility for claims, demands, losses, injuries, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with any transaction or dealing between a PP and the Customer or holder of the Gift Voucher.

Fraud

Good4all.ie reserves the right to cancel or decline a Good4all.ie Gift Voucher that has been purchased from anywhere other than the official Good4all.ie website. Good4all.ie will not accept responsibility for claims, demands, losses, costs, expenses or liability of whatsoever nature, consequential or otherwise, arising from or in connection with the use or purchase of stolen, fraudulent or counterfeit Good4all.ie Gift Card.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

Good4all.ie reserves the right to change its Terms and Conditions without notice. The up-to-date Terms and Conditions will be posted on our website, Good4all.ie.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Ireland.
